What happens to website after subscription cancelation?

If you choose to cancel your Bodygraph subscription, your website created with the Bodygraph Website Builder will remain active for three weeks after the cancellation.

This transitional period is intentionally implemented to protect subscribers from the impact of accidental subscription cancellations. During these three weeks, your website will continue to function normally, ensuring that your business operations are not disrupted. All chart integrations and report sales will remain active and fully operational during this time.

If you prefer not to keep your website active during the transition period, you should first delete the website within the Website Builder, and only then proceed with canceling your Bodygraph subscription.

In case you have already canceled your subscription and forgot to delete the website, you can request its removal by contacting support@bodygraph.com. The support team will assist you with deleting the website upon request.
