Virtual Assistant Service Price Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions related to Virtual Assistant (VA) service pricing, payment responsibilities, and related limitations. Both the VA and the Customer (Bodygraph.com Subscriber) by providing/purchasing services automatically agree to the following terms.

1. Payment Responsibilities

1.1 All payments for VA services are handled exclusively by the VA. Bodygraph.com does not process, mediate, or manage any payments.

1.2 The VA is solely responsible for payment collection, handling of invoices, and compliance with local business tax laws.

1.3 Bodygraph.com does not charge any fees or commissions on VA services.

1.4 Any and all disputes related to  VA service delivery, pricing, or payment must be resolved directly between the VA and the Customer. Bodygraph.com bears no liability in such matters.

2. Standard Service Pricing

2.1 The following are the fixed prices for the listed BASIC INTEGRATION and customization services related to Bodygraph software. These prices must be honored by all participating VAs:

  • Chart Integration into Website – $97 INCLUDES: Chart integration to the customer’s website with default settings.
  • Chart Design (Branded Colors) – $97 INCLUDES: Chart design (including submission form, chart and chart result page design) customization and enabling on embed code. Customer is responsible to provide customization requirements such as color codes, layout preferences, etc.
  • Customize Language – $147 INCLUDES: Creation of custom language at My Content and enabling it at the embed code. Customer is responsible to provide complete and finalized content.
  • Connect Newsletter – $97 INCLUDES: Connecting 1 newsletter app at My Apps section and enabling it at the embed code (enabling email field at design). Customers responsibility to provide required access/credentials.
  • Connect Data Storage – $97 INCLUDES: Connecting 1 data storage app at My Apps section and enabling it at the embed code (enabling email field at design). Customers responsibility to provide required access/credentials.
  • Connect Payment – $97 INCLUDES:  Connecting 1 Payment app at My Apps section. Customers responsibility to provide required access/credentials.
  • Activate Chart PDF Download – $47 INCLUDES: Activating default  PDF download at integration (Bodygraph.com default color and design template).
  • Setup Reading Report for Sale: Payments, Price and Email – $97 INCLUDES: Setting 1 report price, currency and enabling it at integration (does not include Payment app connection). Setting up Email delivery with Bodygraph domain.
  • Customize Bodygraph.com Reading Report (Branded Colors) – $247 INCLUDES: Change the colors of 1 Bodygraph free or premium reports, basic background changes and illustration changes. Customer is responsible to provide color codes, background images, graphics.
  • Customize Bodygraph.com Lead Magnet (Branded Colors) – $97 INCLUDES: Change the colors of 1 Bodygraph lead magnets, basic background changes and illustration changes. Customer is responsible to provide color codes, background images, graphics.
  • Activate Lead Magnet Download – $47 INCLUDES: Installing 1 Bodygraph lead magnet of customers choice and enabling it at integration. Customization is not included.
  • Design Custom Reading Report (160–299 pages) – $1497 INCLUDES: Creation of 1 reading report using customers brand colors, illustrations, font’s and graphics. Customer is responsible for providing color codes, font files, graphics, illustrations and finalized content.
  • Design Custom Reading Report (300–499 pages) – $2497 INCLUDES: Creation of 1 reading report using customers brand colors, illustrations, font’s and graphics. Customer is responsible for providing color codes, font files, graphics, illustrations and finalized content.
  • Design Custom Reading Report (500–899 pages) – $3497 INCLUDES: Creation of 1 reading report using customers brand colors, illustrations, font’s and graphics. Customer is responsible for providing color codes, font files, graphics, illustrations and finalized content.
  • Setup Default Website using Bodygraph.com Website Builder – $247 (basic setup) INCLUDES: Website installation with default Bodygraph domain and default website template. Linking of Payment and newsletter apps (only if apps already connected at My Apps section, connection at My Apps not included) . Enabling embed code on the chart calculator setting. Linking any available reading reports with the shop section (only if customer has reports ready at Reading reports tool). Any further sections, language, content, colors, products, blogs, SEO, domain, etc. customization is not included.

2.2 VA agrees to charge no more than the listed price for the basic services unless additional customization is involved.

2.3 Any customization beyond standard settings must be priced separately at the VA’s discretion. It is the VA and Customer’s responsibility to agree to the final price before the work begins.

2.4 VAs may, but are not obligated to, offer discounts on the standard pricing. Bodygraph.com does not offer, manage, or endorse discounts for VA services.

2.5. A Virtual Assistant may only apply updated pricing to new orders placed after the effective date of the price change. Previously agreed-upon and ongoing projects will remain subject to the original pricing terms.
2.6. A Virtual Assistant is entitled to offer additional services beyond above basic list and may set their own pricing for such services at their sole discretion.

3. Service Delivery and Rights

3.1 The Customer agrees to pay the listed prices for the corresponding services.

3.2 VAs maintain the right to refuse service if a Customer does not agree to pay the required fee for the basic services.

3.3 All services listed under this agreement are considered optional and separate from any Bodygraph.com subscription plans. No VA service is included in any Bodygraph.com subscription tier.

4. Price Adjustments and Notification

4.1 Bodygraph.com retains the right to update the base service price list at any time to reflect economic or operational considerations.

4.2 All participating VAs will receive prior email notification of any pricing updates.

4.3 Continued use of the Bodygraph VA Program following a pricing update signifies the VA’s acceptance of the new rates.

5. Final Terms

5.1 Both the VA and the Customer agree to the above pricing structure, service responsibilities, and limitations.

5.2 Bodygraph.com does not act as an intermediary in VA-Customer relationships and bears no legal or financial responsibility for transactions, agreements, or conflicts that may arise.

5.3 By engaging in Bodygraph Virtual Assistant services, both parties confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
