Statistics – Terms of Use

The Statistics feature allows Bodygraph subscribers to collect and store limited personal data from website visitors who generate a Bodygraph chart through the subscriber’s business website.
By using this feature, the subscriber agrees to the following terms.
1. Definition of Personal Data
For the purpose of the Statistics feature, Personal Data includes:
Full name
Email address (if email field is enabled at integration settings)
A link to the visitor’s generated Bodygraph chart
- Custom field (if enabled at integration settings)
A Visitor refers to any individual who generates a Bodygraph chart on the subscriber’s chart integration at their website.
2. Data Storage and Access
Visitor Personal Data is stored only within the subscriber’s Bodygraph account.
Bodygraph does not share this data with third parties on behalf of the subscriber.
The subscriber is solely responsible for managing and protecting access to this data.
3. Permitted Use of Data
The subscriber agrees to use Visitor Personal Data exclusively for purposes directly related to their Human Design/Astrology services, including:
Personalized Human Design readings
Reading Reports
Coaching services
- Marketing Human design and Astrology business offerings
Use of Visitor Personal Data for any purpose unrelated to Human Design/ Astrology readings, reports, or coaching services is strictly prohibited. The subscriber bears full legal responsibility for the lawful use, handling, and protection of Visitor Personal Data. Bodygraph shall not be held liable for any legal, regulatory, or compliance issues arising from the subscriber’s misuse, unauthorized use, or improper handling of such data.
4. Data Protection and Confidentiality
The subscriber agrees to protect Visitor Personal Data and not share it with third parties.
The subscriber assumes full responsibility for preventing unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure of the data.
5. Visitor Transparency and Consent
The subscriber acknowledges that it is their responsibility to:
Inform website visitors that their Personal Data will be stored (agreement checkbox, double opt in emails, etc.)
Clearly communicate the purpose of collecting and storing this data (Terms and conditions, Privacy policies and other legal documentations)
This information must be disclosed through the subscriber’s own website policies or notices.
6. Data Deletion Requests
The subscriber agrees to delete Visitor Personal Data upon request from the visitor or customer.
The subscriber is responsible for responding to and complying with such requests in a timely manner.
7. Automatic Data Removal
Visitor Personal Data stored through the Statistics feature is automatically removed from the subscriber’s Bodygraph account every 90 days.
This process is handled automatically by the Bodygraph platform.
- Visitor Personal Data is automatically deleted after 90 days and cannot be restored under any circumstances. The subscriber is solely responsible for copying, saving, or securely storing any data they wish to retain before this period expires. Bodygraph shall not be held liable for any data loss or for any missed opportunities resulting from the subscriber’s failure to export or preserve such data in a timely manner.
