Event Terms (Webinars, Bootcamps, trainings)

1. Agreement to Terms
1.1 By registering for or participating in any Bodygraph.com events (both as presenter and attendee), including but not limited to webinars, bootcamps, podcasts, trainings, and live or recorded sessions (“Events”), you agree to be bound by these Event Terms and Conditions.
1.2 These Event Terms are in addition to Bodygraph.com’s General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Continued participation signifies your acceptance of all terms.
2. Content Ownership and Use
2.1 All event materials, presentations, recordings, slides, handouts, and associated content are the exclusive intellectual property of Bodygraph.com and are protected under copyright law.
2.2 Attendees are not permitted to record, reproduce, sell, redistribute, repurpose, or recreate any content from the Events. Any such action may result in legal proceedings.
2.3 Event content may ONLY be shared in a positive and non-commercial context, solely for the purpose of recommending Bodygraph.com services. Any misuse or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
3. Recordings and Media Use
3.1 Bodygraph.com may record Events for the purpose of sharing within its platform or official social media channels.
3.2 While recordings are typically planned, Bodygraph.com does not guarantee their availability and is not liable for any recordings that are unavailable due to technical or other issues.
3.3 Bodygraph.com reserves the right to edit, remove, or discontinue recordings at any time without prior notice.
3.4 By participating in Events where use of cameras, microphones, or chat features is enabled, attendees automatically grant Bodygraph.com permission to use their voice, likeness, video image, and chat input in event recordings at Bodygraph.com website and related social media platforms.
4. Event Availability and Scheduling
4.1 Bodygraph.com reserves full discretion in determining when, how often, and what type of Events will take place.
4.2 Events are offered as an additional value to Bodygraph.com users and are not included or guaranteed as part of any subscription tier.
4.3 Bodygraph.com may cancel, reschedule, or modify Events at any time, with or without prior notice.
5. Conduct and Participant Responsibility
5.1 All participants and hosts are expected to uphold a high standard of respect, professionalism, and courtesy during Events.
5.2 Use of hateful, aggressive, illegal, or inappropriate language or behavior will result in immediate removal from the Event without warning, and may lead to further action, including subscription suspension or termination.
5.3 Participants are responsible for maintaining a respectful digital environment and must not disrupt the experience of other attendees.
6. Changes to Terms
6.1 Bodygraph.com reserves the right to update or modify these Event Terms and Conditions at any time.
6.2 It is the presenter’s/attendee’s responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued participation in Events constitutes acceptance of any changes.
