Split full name to first and last name

To split the name in the form into first and last name, proceed as follows:

1. Click on ‘Chart Design‘ and then select the chart you want to edit

2. Click on ‘Birth submission form’ and then click on ‘Settings’ to expand the menu

3. Click on ‘Split full name to first and last name’ then click ‘Save changes’
