Display email field

To display the email field in the form, proceed as follow

1. Open ‘Chart Design’ tool.
2. Choose your design and click on it.
3. Click on ‘Birth submission form’.
4. Click on ‘Settings’.
5. Click on ‘Display email field’.
6. Save.
