File format for audios

The following file formats are possible for uploading your audio files:
1. mp3
2. wav
3. flac

Please note that Bodygraph does not guarantee the quality of uploaded audio tracks. It is therefore essential to ensure that all audio files are of high quality prior to submission. For optimal performance, please consider the following recommendations:

• Use a single recording and editing tool to clean background noise and prepare your tracks. Processing the same file with multiple tools may compromise its quality.

• Include a few seconds of silence at the beginning and end of each recording. This helps create a smoother, more natural flow when tracks are combined into the final audio report.

• Minimize background noise and avoid loud music during recording. Where necessary, use audio enhancement tools to achieve a clear, studio-quality sound.
