1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling any video call, the subscriber or potential subscriber agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope of the Session
Bodygraph offers the following types of meetings:
- Walkthrough/Demo Meetings – General overview of Bodygraph tools, features, and platform capabilities
- Setup Meetings – Available to Startup and Business Plan subscribers only; focused on embedding charts, connecting one application, and enabling one download (preparation is mandatory)
- Troubleshooting Meetings – Focused on identifying and resolving (where possible) one issue (maximum of two) (preparation is mandatory), available only after the customer has contacted support at support@bodygraph.com
Each session is limited in scope and conducted strictly according to its intended purpose.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
Bodygraph does not guarantee any technical resolution, business results, or performance improvements resulting from any meeting.
4. Limitation of Liability
Bodygraph is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the meeting, including but not limited to system limitations, technical failures, third-party platform issues, or post-session performance.
5. Session Recording
Sessions may be recorded and shared with the subscriber after the meeting. However, Bodygraph is not obligated to provide a recording and is not liable if the recording fails or becomes unavailable.
6. Conduct & Attendance Requirements
The host reserves the right to end the meeting immediately if the subscriber is rude, disrespectful, or unwilling to communicate appropriately/professionaly .
Repeated missed appointments or unprepared attendance may result in Bodygraph refusing future bookings.
7. Attendance Policy
If the subscriber arrives late (5+ min) or is unprepared, the host reserves the right to cancel or end the meeting at their discretion.
8. Duration of the Session
All meetings have a maximum duration of 30 minutes. The host is not obligated to extend the session, even if all questions or requests have not been addressed.
Setup and troubleshooting meetings do not have a minimum duration and may be concluded once the relevant task is completed or the issue has been addressed.
9. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
Bodygraph is not responsible for the performance, availability, security, or functionality of any third-party platforms, tools, or services discussed or used during the session.
10. User Responsibility
The subscriber is solely responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining access to their accounts, and implementing any recommendations provided during the session.
11. No Professional Advice
All information provided during meetings is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
12. Data Access & Security
Bodygraph does not request or store sensitive login credentials. Any access granted during screen sharing is at the subscriber’s discretion and risk.
13. Technical Requirements
The subscriber is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, compatible device, and necessary permissions prior to the session.
14. Force Majeure
Bodygraph shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to outages, technical disruptions, or platform failures.
15. No Obligation to Follow Up
The meeting may include one follow-up communication containing relevant session information. However, it does not include ongoing support, continued follow-ups, or continued communication unless otherwise agreed in writing.
16. Modification of Terms
Bodygraph reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
