Directory Listing Agreement

By subscribing to the Bodygraph.com Reader Directory Listing, you (subscriber) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are specific to the Reader Directory Listing subscription and are separate from other Bodygraph.com services.

1. Nature of the Reader Directory Subscription

1.1 Separate Service

The Reader Directory listing is a standalone annual subscription. It is not included in the Bodygraph Starter or Business subscriptions and must be purchased separately.

1.2 Purpose of Listing

The Reader Directory provides exposure on the Bodygraph.com chart calculator and related pages, and related newsletter campaigns, offering a space for Human Design and Astrology professionals to be discovered by potential clients.

1.3 No Guarantee of Results

Bodygraph.com makes no guarantees regarding:

  • The number of visitors to your profile.

  • The volume of inquiries or bookings received.

  • Any resulting business outcomes.

Subscribers are solely responsible for tracking incoming interest or leads from their listing.

2. Subscriber Responsibilities

2.1 Profile Accuracy

Subscribers are required to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the sign-up process.

  • Submit a professional-quality profile photo suitable for public visibility.

  • Ensure all profile content aligns with the professional standards and tone of Bodygraph.com.

2.2 Ongoing Updates

It is the subscriber’s responsibility to promptly notify Bodygraph.com of any updates or required changes (e.g., business name, bio, email, website, image).
All change requests must be submitted via email to: [email protected].

2.3 Content Standards

Directory listings may not include:

  • False, misleading, or unverifiable claims.

  • Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.

  • Third-party content without permission.

Violation may result in listing suspension or removal without refund.

3. Subscription Term and Cancellation

3.1 Annual Billing

The Reader Directory Listing subscription is billed on an annual basis.

3.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Directory Listing Subscribers may cancel at any time; however, cancellation does not entitle the subscriber to a refund unless within the refund window.

  • A full refund may be requested within 14 days of initial Directory Listing subscription purchase.
    Requests must be sent to [email protected].

  • No full or partial refunds will be granted after this 14-day window.

4. Promotions and Discounts

4.1 Limited-Time Offers

Bodygraph.com may offer promotional pricing or discounts on the Directory Listing subscription periodically.

4.2 Eligibility and Timing

  • Discounts are valid only during the published sale period.

  • Subscribers who purchase outside of this window are not eligible for retroactive discounts.

  • Bodygraph.com is not liable for missed opportunities to purchase at a discounted rate.

  • Bodygraph.com reserves the right to retract or discontinue discounts at any time.

5. Platform Rights and Content Moderation

5.1 Right to Edit or Remove

Bodygraph.com reserves the right to:

  • Review, moderate, or remove any profile that does not comply with these terms or damages the reputation of the platform.

  • Notify the subscriber of any removal via the email address on file.

5.2 Inactive or Outdated Listings

If a listing appears to be inactive, outdated, or unreachable (e.g., broken links, bounced emails), Bodygraph.com may:

  • Temporarily hide the profile from public view.

  • Request updated information from the subscriber.

  • Remove the listing after reasonable attempts to contact the subscriber.

6. Legal and Liability

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Bodygraph.com is not liable for:

  • Any business loss, missed opportunities, or lack of client inquiries resulting from the listing.

  • Any inaccuracies in the information provided by the subscriber.

  • Any downtime, errors, or temporary outages affecting the visibility of the listing due to fail of the provided links.

6. Final Provisions

6.1 Updates to Terms

Bodygraph.com reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to review the terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. In the event of an update, Bodygraph.com will provide notice by email to the address on file. Continued use of the Directory subscription after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
