Does the Astrology Chart use the tropical or sidereal system?

We use the tropical system in our Astrology Chart because the Human Design System is based on it.

The tropical zodiac is aligned with the Earth’s seasons and begins at the spring equinox, marking the point when the Sun crosses the equator. This system always starts the zodiac sign Aries with the beginning of spring, regardless of the actual position of the Aries constellation in the sky.

Though the Earth’s axis slowly shifts over time due to precession, which changes the constellations’ positions, the tropical zodiac remains fixed to the seasonal cycle. This makes it a stable system for calculating planetary positions in Human Design, where the planets’ influences are mapped based on the time of your birth, reflecting the Earth’s seasonal rhythms.
