Remember visitor and hide email field for 14 days

To temporarily hide the email field in the form if a website visitor has already entered their email, proceed as follows:

1. Open ‘My Chart Designs’.
2. Choose your design and click on it.
3. Click on ‘Birth submission form’.
4. Click on ‘Settings’.
5. Click on ‘Display email field’.
6. Click on ‘Remember visitor and hide email field for 14 days’.
7. Save.
