Bodygraph AI

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Bodygraph AI Extension (“AI Extension”), a feature integrated into the Bodygraph Reading Reports Tool (“Service”). By enabling or using the AI Extension, you agree to these Terms in addition to Bodygraph’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


1. Purpose of the AI Extension

1.1 Intended Use

The AI Extension is designed to
• assist users in creating, editing, translating, and generating content within the Bodygraph Reading Reports Tool.

1.2 Third-Party AI Providers

The AI Extension operates by connecting to external third-party AI providers chosen by the client (providing API key).


2. Technical Requirements

2.1 API Key Requirement

To use the AI Extension, the client must provide their own valid API key for a supported AI provider (e.g. Google Gemini, OpenAI/ChatGPT).

2.2 No AI Access Provided by Bodygraph

Bodygraph does not supply, subsidize, or grant free access to any third-party AI service.

2.3 Client Responsibilities

The client is solely responsible for maintaining, securing, and paying for their own API usage.

2.4 Third-Party Provider Issues

Bodygraph is not responsible for downtime, limitations, errors, or technical failures originating from third-party AI providers.


3. Legal Disclaimer

3.1 Content Accuracy and Quality

• All AI-generated content is produced by the client’s chosen AI provider, not by Bodygraph.
• Bodygraph does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, legality, or usefulness of any AI-generated content.
• Clients are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated output.

3.2 Limitation of Liability

Bodygraph is not liable for any damages, losses, claims, costs, or negative outcomes arising from the use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to:

  • business losses

  • reputational harm

  • legal disputes

  • data inaccuracies or misleading information

  • misinterpretations or misuse of AI output

  • breaches of the copyright laws

Clients remain fully responsible for how AI-generated content is used within their business or shared with third parties.

3.3 Compliance With Laws

• Clients agree to use the AI Extension only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Bodygraph is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from content created with AI.


4. Data Use and Privacy

4.1 Data Transmission

The AI Extension may send user-provided text to external AI providers through the client’s own API key.

4.2 Data Storage

Bodygraph does not store or use this data beyond technical processing required for the feature.

4.3 Third-Party Processing

External AI providers may process data in accordance with their own terms, which Bodygraph does not control.

4.4 Client Privacy Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any data submitted to AI providers complies with their own privacy obligations and any data protection laws applicable to their business.


5. Intellectual Property

5.1 AI Provider Terms

AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of the AI provider. Bodygraph makes no guarantees regarding ownership, copyright status, or exclusivity of AI-generated output.

5.2 Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring the content complies with intellectual property laws.


6. Right to Modify or Discontinue

6.1 Changes to the AI Extension

Bodygraph reserves the right to modify, upgrade, downgrade, suspend, or discontinue the AI Extension at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Pricing Changes

The AI Extension is currently provided free of charge to Business Plan subscribers, but Bodygraph reserves the right to add usage fees or adjust pricing in the future.


7. No Warranty

The AI Extension is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.


8. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bodygraph and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from:
• use of the AI Extension,
• content generated or shared through the AI Extension,
• violations of these Terms,
• misuse of third-party AI services,
• business damages caused by use of Bodygraph AI services.


9. Termination

Bodygraph may suspend or terminate access to the AI Extension at its discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of misuse, illegal activities, or violation of these Terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the England in which Bodygraph operates.
