Premium Report Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of Bodygraph.com’s digital Premium Report Templates. By purchasing a Premium Report Template, you (Bodygraph.com subscriber) acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Purchase Terms and Cancellation Waiver

1.1 Non-Refundable Purchases

All purchases of digital Premium Report Templates are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to accidental purchases or dissatisfaction with the content after download.

1.2 Waiver of 14-Day Cancellation Right

By purchasing a Premium Report Template, you expressly waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period under consumer protection laws for digital content that is delivered immediately upon purchase.

2. Customer Responsibilities

2.1 Language and Content Accuracy

It is the subscriber’s sole responsibility to:

• Select the correct language before completing the purchase.

• Review the available preview of the Premium Report Template to ensure satisfaction with the structure and content.

2.2 Proofreading and Professional Use

Subscribers are responsible for:

• Proofreading the content of the Premium Report Template after purchase and before offering it to clients.

• Ensuring that the final report presentation aligns with their brand standards and communicates effectively with their audience.

2.3 Payment and Contact Information

Subscribers must:

• Provide accurate and complete payment details.

• Use the same email address associated with their Bodygraph.com account during the purchase to ensure invoice access.

Bodygraph.com is not liable for missed invoices, incorrect billing, or inaccessible purchase records due to inaccurate user information.

3. Usage Rights and Modifications

3.1 Personalization Rights

Subscribers are granted the right to:

• Edit the content and design of the Premium Report Template to reflect their own branding, voice, and business needs.

• Use the template for client-facing communications, marketing, and product delivery purposes.

Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of the unmodified or base template is strictly prohibited.

4. Liability and Limitations

4.1 No Liability for Accidental Purchases

Bodygraph.com is not responsible for accidental purchases, including purchases made in the wrong language, duplicate purchases, or purchases made without reviewing available previews. No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.

4.2 No Liability for Data Loss or Deletion

Subscribers are responsible for safely storing their purchased templates. Bodygraph.com is not liable for any loss, deletion, or corruption of Premium Report Templates on the subscriber’s device or account. No replacements or refunds will be provided.

4.3 No Responsibility for Missed Discounts

Bodygraph.com may offer discounts or promotional pricing on Premium Report Templates periodically. Subscribers can only benefit from these offers within the stated promotion window. Bodygraph.com is not liable for missed opportunities to purchase at discounted rates.

5. Intellectual Property and License

5.1 License Grant

Upon purchase, Bodygraph.com grants the subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Premium Report Template for personal and business purposes in alignment with the permitted use outlined in Section 3.1.

5.2 Copyright Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the original templates, including content, layout, and design elements, remain the property of Bodygraph.com. Unauthorized redistribution or reproduction is a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action.

6. Updates and Support

6.1 Template Updates

Premium Report Templates are sold as-is. Bodygraph.com does not guarantee future updates or modifications after the initial purchase. Any revisions or enhancements will be released as new versions and will require a separate purchase.

6.2 Customer Support

Support for template-related issues (excluding content modifications) is available by contacting Bodygraph.com through the designated support channels listed on the website.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of  England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of Premium Report Templates shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or, if necessary, through legal proceedings in the appropriate courts of  England and Wales.

8. Terms Updates

Bodygraph.com may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal obligations. Updates will be posted on this page, and your purchase of the Bodygraph Premium Report Templates signifies your acceptance of any changes.
