Can I transfer/migrate external GHL account assets into Bodygraph?
Last Updated: Jan 26, 2026
The Bodygraph GoHighLevel extension creates a new, separate GoHighLevel sub-account specifically for use within your Bodygraph Business Plan.
If you are currently using an external GoHighLevel platform or any GoHighLevel white-label services – such as FEA Create, Ivory.io, HeyClients.io, or similar providers – transitioning to the Bodygraph GoHighLevel sub-account will require a manual data transfer.
What This Means in Practice
Existing data from external GoHighLevel accounts is not automatically migrated
Contacts, funnels, workflows, emails, websites, calendars, and other assets must be transferred manually
Bodygraph does not have access to external GoHighLevel accounts and cannot initiate migrations on your behalf
Important Notes
Data migration is entirely the responsibility of the subscriber
Bodygraph does not provide data migration services for GoHighLevel (or white label platforms)
Some GoHighLevel providers may offer free/paid migration services from their end, but it is not compatible with Bodygrapgh GoHighLevel extension setup.
Before transitioning, it is strongly recommended to evaluate the scope of your existing setup and plan the migration carefully to avoid data loss or downtime.
Frequently asked questions:
– My external GoHighLevel/white label company support informed that there is migration option. Why can’t I follow their guide?
Bodygraph subaccount installation process and setup is different than any other external white label platforms. Therefore offered standard migration options are not compatible with Bodyhraph’s settings.
