Data storage app does not collect data

If connected Data storage app does not collect data, please follow the steps below:
1. Ensure that email field is enabled at your your integration: Display email field.
2. Ensure that your Data Storage app is connected as required: Connect Data storage app.
3. Check that all provided credentials are correct and has no spaces before or after. Some of the platforms have credentials expiration dates and limitations based on the subscription level. please ensure that credentials are up to date and supports full connection.
