My report shortcodes appear up blank

If the shortcodes you have used in Bodygraph reading reports appear blank, there may be several possible reasons, outlined below:
1.Report has no language assigned.
2. Assigned language has blank values at Chart Content tool and therefore report shorcodes appear blank too.
