Bodygraph.cm and VA Agreement

1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Virtual Assistant (VA) will provide integration support services to Bodygraph.com customers while adhering to the Company’s values and service standards.
2. CERTIFICATION & DIRECTORY LISTING
2.1 The VA agrees to complete the Bodygraph.com Virtual Assistant Certification Program for a fee of $997 USD per year.
2.2 Upon successful certification, the VA will be listed in the Bodygraph.com Virtual Assistant Directory and featured in relevant Bodygraph.com social media promotions.
2.3 The certification fee is non-refundable after 14 days from the date of payment.
3. SERVICE TERMS
3.1 The VA shall provide integration support services to Bodygraph.com customers in accordance with the agreed-upon price list („Price Agreement“).
3.2 By signing this Agreement, the VA acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the terms of the Price Agreement.
3.3 The VA shall not charge customers more than the agreed pricing set forth in the Price Agreement.
4. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
4.1 The VA is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or representative of Bodygraph.com.
4.2 The VA is fully responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with local regulations.
4.3 Bodygraph.com does not take any fees or commissions from the VA’s earnings.
5. SERVICE STANDARDS
5.1 The VA agrees to uphold Bodygraph.com’s values and policies, including but not limited to:
- Timely Task Delivery – All agreed-upon tasks must be completed on time.
- Client Respect & Professionalism – The VA shall treat all customers with professionalism, respect, and empathy.
- Responsiveness – The VA shall respond to customer inquiries and support requests in a timely manner.
- Quality Assurance – The VA shall ensure high-quality service, addressing customer concerns until the service is completed to the customer’s satisfaction.
6. TERMINATION
6.1 Bodygraph.com reserves the right to revoke the VA’s certification and remove them from the Directory without a refund if:
- The VA fails to comply with the Company’s values and service policies.
- The VA receives multiple unresolved customer complaints.
- The VA engages in unethical, fraudulent, or misleading business practices.
6.2 The VA may terminate this Agreement by providing 30 days‘ written notice, but the certification fee is non-refundable.
7. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
7.1 The VA acknowledges that Bodygraph.com is not liable for any disputes, financial losses, or damages arising from the VA’s interactions with customers.
7.2 The VA agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bodygraph.com from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their services.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
8.1 The VA agrees to keep all customer and Company information confidential and not disclose any proprietary information.
8.2. Virtual Assistants listed in the Bodygraph.com Directory agree to handle all customer data and content with confidentiality and respect. Under no circumstances may a VA copy, reproduce, or use any customer content for personal use, distribution, or commercial purposes. Any misuse of customer data or content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate removal from the Directory and potential legal action.
9. GOVERNING LAW
9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
9.2 Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
10. POLICY UPDATES
10.1. Bodygraph.com may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal obligations. Updates will be posted on this page, and VA continued listing at the directory signifies acceptance of any changes.
11. ACCEPTANCE
11.1. By subscribing to and listing in the Bodygraph.com Virtual Assistance Directory Program, the Virtual Assistant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
