Partner Program Agreement

This Affiliate Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Human Design Technologies Ltd., operating as Bodygraph.com, and the individual or entity applying to join the Bodygraph Affiliate Program („Affiliate Partner“). By submitting the application form, the Affiliate Partner agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility and Application

To participate in the Bodygraph.com Affiliate Program and earn commissions, the Affiliate Partner must complete and submit the official affiliate application form available at Bodygraph.com. Bodygraph.com reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion, ensuring that all affiliations align with the brand’s strategic vision and ethical standards.

2. Commission Structure

Approved Affiliate Partners are eligible to receive a 30% commission on all payments made by referred paying subscribers. This commission applies only during the first six (6) months of each referred customer’s active paid subscription.

3. Promotion and Affiliate Responsibilities

The Affiliate Partner is expected to actively promote Bodygraph.com using ethical marketing practices. Affiliates must aim to attract qualified customers and represent Bodygraph.com in a positive, respectful, and accurate manner. Any misrepresentation or inactivity may result in termination of the partnership.

4. Restrictions and Limitations

  • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Affiliates may not use their own referral link to receive commissions on their own subscriptions. Violations will result in the immediate termination of both the affiliate account and any associated user account.

  • Affiliate discount codes are not automatically granted. Affiliates are not entitled to receive discount codes for Bodygraph.com software unless expressly pre-approved in writing by Human Design Technologies Ltd (Bodygraph.com).

5. Payout Terms

Payouts are issued at the discretion of Bodygraph.com and typically occur once the affiliate account balance reaches a minimum of $100 USD. Affiliate Partners may request a payout by emailing [email protected], provided the threshold of  $100 USD is met. However, Bodygraph.com retains the right to determine the exact timing of the payout.

6. Accuracy of Information

The Affiliate Partner is solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is complete and accurate, including current and valid payment details. Bodygraph.com is not liable for missed or failed payouts due to:

  • Outdated or incorrect payment information

  • Inaccurate data provided during signup

  • Accidental deletion or deactivation of affiliate or user accounts

7. Termination of Agreement

Bodygraph.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the Affiliate Partnership at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Abuse of the affiliate system

  • Inactive promotion over an extended period

  • Misrepresentation of the Bodygraph brand

  • Violation of this agreement or any other Bodygraph.com policies

In such cases, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited and affiliate agreement terminated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Bodygraph.com (Human Design Technologies Ltd) be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of earnings, as a result of:

  • System errors

  • Technical issues

  • Delayed or missed payments due to user error

By submitting the affiliate application, the Affiliate Partner confirms acceptance of these terms.
