Consequently, Bodygraph.com holds no legal or financial responsibility for any transactions, agreements, or conflicts that may arise from these direct relationships.

All disputes related to VA service delivery, pricing, or payment must be resolved directly between the VA and the Customer. Bodygraph.com bears no liability in such matters.

However, we do appreciate being made aware of any conflicts and their high-level details. This information helps us ensure the protection of both parties and allows us to implement necessary training to strive for the best possible service in the future. Bodygraph certified Virtual assistants do operate under the terms and conditions listed below:

In addition to the above terms and conditions, each Virtual Assistant operates under their own set of terms, conditions, and privacy policies. It is recommended that you request, review, and agree to these documents before engaging their services.

Why Virtual Assistant service is paid?

The Bodygraph Virtual Assistant Program is made up of independent professionals whose business is to support Bodygraph.com clients with tech setups and integrations. While Bodygraph provides training to ensure high-quality service, all Virtual Assistants operate independently, and Bodygraph does not manage or control the services they offer.

Bodygraph.com provides a detailed Help Centre with video tutorials and customer support so you can complete tasks yourself. However, if you prefer to have someone do it for you, Bodygraph-trained Virtual Assistants are available. These are independent professionals, and hiring them requires covering their service fees separately.
